What we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- When you send an enquiry. Name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message.
- When you subscribe for updates, if this feature is enabled. Your email address, and confirmation that you opted in.
- When you book an introductory call. Cal.com, our booking provider, collects your name, email address and the time you select. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policy.
- When you browse the site. We use cookieless website analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies you personally. It tells us in aggregate how many people visited a page, not who they were.
We do not collect payment information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party services to run this website. Each processes personal data on our behalf under its own data processing terms:
- Supabase, for our database, authentication and file storage, hosted in the EU.
- Resend, to send email notifications and confirmations.
- Cloudflare, for hosting, security, spam protection and analytics.

- Cal.com, to manage bookings for introductory calls.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
International transfers
Our processors are based in, or transfer data within, the UK and European Economic Area. Where a processor is based outside the UK or the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent recognised safeguard so that your data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry details: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe.
- Booking details: in line with Cal.com’s own retention practices.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
